Question before I buy huawei tool [Answered] - GSM-Forum

I have a soft bricked CLT-L04, I was trying to FRP unlock with the FRP tool and the phone soft bricked, only now shows as Huawei USB com 1.0 device. I have been trying and trying to use the FRP tool on / off Factory mode to get it to turn back on as dev/support told me in the the FRP form to do but it will not upload more than 130 Kb and then the phone seems to reboot. (screen shot provided).
I'm here asking if the Huawei octoplus software will be able to help me fix this phone or if you experts know of how I can do it?
I'm not greatly knowledgeable with Huawei phones and the uploading flashing process and I'm sure the huawei tool would help me with it?
Yes this is the first time I've been surprised by the FRP tool bricking a phone on me, should be a warning "clicking this rest FRP factory mode can soft brick the phone" ....
