STK-L21m Model Unknown Play Protect error No Keyboard [Answered] - GSM-Forum

Hi,
Just got STK-L21M with few problems..

1: Model is unknown in the settings.
2: No Keyboard only Voice icon.
3: Play protect is not Certiffied. Play store and google services not workingdue to this error.

Now there are few varients in STK-L21M i.e MDV MEB MEA etc...I have checked its details via imei and what i got i m pasting here.

Its STK-L21MEBX3...I have tried one file from this varient too but phone still have the same problem..One more thing bit confusing for me that is in Online details its shwoing only one imei but in phone there are two may be some one converted it to dual sim but i want to solve my problems...
There is no file for this varient on the support...Now plz guide me what to do!!
