I am new with this tool, can you please point me in the right direction as i am unable to find support area to download firmwares.

I need firmware for the following model, phone is restarting and only goes to fastboot mode. Its not entering update/upgrade mode.

To enter Support Area, press "Go to support" button on "Welcome" tab of the Software.

I am not sure which version should be the right for the phone. Could you please confirm ? by the way i have downloaded the last one (HRY-LX1(C432) Downgrade from 10.0.0 to 9.1.0 for Reset FRP(Octoplus)).

Not sure if i can flash this firmware in fastboot mode? my phone doesnt boot in update/upgrade mode. It is restarting so cant use vol + and usb.

Downgrade from 10.0.0 to 9.1.0 for Reset FRP(Octoplus))

I woulnt ask If this was that easy. System protection doesnt allow downgrade due to FRP lock. Also phone is in fastboot mode so no luck. Thanks anyway
