I have buy activation
and updated my infinity box using dongle manger and I see that activation done with cm2 account

but when I take copy of my serial no. to register it @ GRT dongle web site
its always not accept serial no format
my serial have numbers and litters

can u solve my problem ????

where's supporters to solve this problem !!!
where to talk to support to solve this bug ??
I think in registration need serial no. to be only numbers not contain litters to accept registration
when they solve this ?

My problem is that I activated GRT with my Infinity Dongle serial number and the GRT Software detects it with a different Serial number. I don’t know if this is normal or not, but when I try to activate on GRT home page and correctly fill the registration form I get a pop message with the following text: “Please match the requested format”.

This means I can't register my device. I paid 72 dollars for this activation and it's not working.

I’m using only one smartcard at the time and one reader. This doesn’t make any sense.

Hi everyone, I have the same problem. I've Just buy grt activation and I can't register on site. It always says that "“Please match the requested format”". Anyone found the solution please?
