I read forum make Master Reset, but when tick Master Reset only show
Hydra Update Manager Tool Ver 1.0.2 Build 12
Windows 10 (Version 10.0, Build 21370, 64-bit Edition)
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4570 CPU @ 3.20GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GT 755M
Ram Installed : 24 GB
Windows Access Right Admin
Software Run As Admnistrator

Connecting to Hydra Server...Server 1 - Other Country...Ok

Version : Hydra Tool v 1.1
Serial : 191200003122
Initialize : OKAY
Status : Activated
Life : 0 [10-0-0-0-0]

No make change, I have no idea because I blocked the dongle, on my pc I do not have anything of usb sharing, today I need to open Hydra MTK and I find this error, I open Hydra Qualcomm and I see the same, I already read the forum post about this mistake but master Reset does not have any operation
The drivers of the smarcard is alcor
