After checking your screen short, I can guess that your Device might have hardware problem. Hydra Tool already warned you stop flashing! "Phone is not responding with synchronization command, Hydra detected that your phone has hardware issue/problem. Do you want to continue booting ?" In such a case you have to stop flashing!

Please check for hardware first and try to flash later.
