Help revive my redmi note 9 merlin bootloop mode [Answered]

I just bought hydra dongle to revive my redmi note 9 merlin which is in boot loop mode with NV data is corrupt below the screen,
I have both original imei number ,my some one guide me step by step to revive the phone so that both sim 1 and 2 should work.

if you have a nv backup then restore or reflash phone with latest miui version.

No nv backup cause the hard disk crashed and the only info i have from two yrs ago before the cell crashed is below. If there is anything you can do with this info i have i will appreciate

you problem solve NV data is corrupt

now stuck on Draw your pattern and i tried to reset nothing happens plus when the phone is booting on wireles settings it shows NVRAM W.....Err=0x10

finally the phone is alive but can not dial out and in the WIFI setting available networks has NVRAM WA.....G: Err=0x10
