This issue related to your smartcard drivers.

Uninstall Old Smart Card Driver and Install this driver AlcorDriver1.7.26.0,
From Hydra Tool folder.

it never worked unless i unistalled chimera now i cant get it to work at all i cant download the driver it just wants me to exract it via google cloud can anyone please help

This error can be fixed by the following:
1. Directly plug Hydra Dongle in your pc USB Port.
2. You need to install alcor driver.
3. Your card reader is slow, You need to replace it with fast one.
