HYDRA Educational Information :

• Some vendors firehose added security in their loader and need authentication from there server.
• Vivo/Oppo and other vendors - allowed the patch and erase command
• Patch command - we can write and wipe directly to phone partitions but it takes time for bigger partitions since we can only write 8 bytes per loop

To Safeformat Device : This can be written by program/patch command

• OLD Phone para - partition
• New Phone misc- partition

• You will write recovery command(In binary file) on this partition and reboot phone after.

To Erase Security partitions:

• You can use program/patch/erase command

Remember : if you erase/patch/read/program the partition you should know the following (You can get this from Rawxml of phone firmware)

• Start_sector - Start Addres
• No Of Partition sector - Size
• Physical Partition No. - Drive/Partition No.
• Size In Bytes - UFS[4096] EMMC[512]
