Samsung A025v kg prenormal - GSM-Forum

Hello, I am trying to do frp to a samsung A025v bit 1 and downgrade to android 10, it has prenormal kg and does not allow putting it in test mode for frp, nor can I remove prenormal state, I have tried several tools and none supports it, ** ,***,Hydra tool.I need help with this phone. Thanks in advance

Hello,you can try to put this code *#0*# work on emergency call then follow video and no need to downgrade phone.

Hello Thanks for answering. The cell phone has KG pre-normal status and does not allow to put in test mode with *#0*#. I need help. caid2006
