i have change ipad mini 2 serial + wifi + bt but unable to activate, can anyone help where is the problem?

What is the 4G or wifi model
If it's 4G you have to remove the resistance

EC:0x21 - "Inst Abort caused by current EL"
ISS:0x5 - "Translation Fault Level 1"
stack buffer at 0x83FBFA860

just part of the error can't post all becouse of forum restriction.
