the solution is disable driver signature it causes the problem when your port is showing "mtk port" it means you already have a driver installed digital driver signature causes most of the problems in win 8.1 till 10 in wiindows 7 you just need to disable it once but in windows 8 to 10 need to repeat this process because of its security builds.

AMT dongle 1.2.6 software update
* for old mtk devices 4.5.6 you should install the latest mediatek driver or the following driver.

USB driver name : wdm_usb
USB driver version : 3.0.1504.0
USB driver build date: 01/22/2016

Hello, i think u should make Your tool more compatible with drivers like a said before all others tools works without issues same drivers, same OS, same usb cable, same Phones! please fix Your TOOL and don't ask us to install 5 7 8 drivers, it will cause conflicts only!

The PC System language need used or change on english

Because my pc used chinese System language..so no ok
after i change it on english..is working fine
