So how can we flash for this condition phone. even factory fast boot flash cannot fix this condition Nokia 2.4 last time i remember very well.
That's the phone has been fixed / alive by scatter firmware.

Finally what's your opinion or solution about this phone, it will be revived or not ?

Unfortunately, there is no solution for disabled brom by efuse.
