Nokia G21 - Device is corrupted - GSM-Forum

Indeed, I know there is a post about it but I tried what was mentioned there and it didn't work. They brought me this phone today on "Your device is corrupt. It can't be trusted and may not work properly." I did what they mentioned (Backup Full except userdata and cache, restore backup and lock bootloader) I also tried unlocking the bootloader and the problem continued, the difference is that it shows in yellow that the bootloader is unlocked.

My Nokia is G21: TA-1412 and doesn't work flashing that firm via Pandora. I guess it's dead until there is a new solution

Few questions more. After what operation you got software error? And this backups strictly from this phones? Not from another phone (same model)?

1. I made the complete backup, when the cell phone turned on correctly, the only thing it did not do was recognize the simcard.

2. After flashing with a backup from another cell phone, it turned on, but the cell phone restarted immediately.

3. the copy belongs to that cell phone.

4. I never had an error, at the time of flashing
