1 backup nvdata+nvram
2 unlock BL using pandora
3 with fastboot command erase nvdata and erase nvram
4 now use pandora to enter phone into meta mode. when show phone in meta
unplage usb and close pandora
5 after that use modem meta tool to repair imei number 2
6 If you don't succeed then you need the eng modem and repet work

I tested that and worked
I hope this model will be better supported with Pandora in the future.
