Temporary solution:

Open in regedit branch "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contr ol\Class\{36fc9e60-c465-11cf-8056-444553540000}" ,
rename statement "UpperFilers" to "UpperFilters1",

Note. Another bypass software will not work after this, just rename statement back for fix this.
