Write OFP button is OK. Sory I missed this and try Write Firmware only. But have other problem now. All parts write without "super.img". After load ofp file no checkbox for super.img. But when I unpack ofp by "EasyJTAG Plus" i have this files:

super.0.657f6b4e.img
super.1.7dff8c51.img
super.2.dd54fcc8.img

How write this three parts super.img from .ofp file?
