i received Y9A huawei id locked ..
unlocked the phone from the tool but phone is in dis condition after done ..
no default apps no keyboard no file manager etc ..
downgraded phone from .161 to .157 and upgraded to .167 too but still in same condition

i posted before 4-5 days and shocked no support for dis tool??

Just copy oeminfo from working phone and write it
Maybe someone erased oeminfo when you got it
