This person who operates under these aliases is nothing more than a thief and a gutter rat which is where he deserves to be thrown back to.

This low life has cheated me out of $300aud for a deal regarding 12 Nokia 7250i phones.

He takes a payment only via Western Union and then makes up a big excuse about it costing x amount of dollars to send the phones out to you, then he requests the larger amount to send out the items of which yes you,ve guessed you dont receive.

He will spin you a yarn that "I am a serious man with a family" or "I do not want to risk my freedom" BULL.

Take some advice, DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM, HE,S A SCAMMER OF THE FILTHIEST QUALITY.

The London Met Police are investigating him as we speak, take this quote from the mets web site is states "IF ITS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, THEN IT IS"

If some one looking to buy 12 pieces Nokia 7250i INCL shipment to Australia for 300 AU$ wich are approx 210 US$, than must be something wrong with the buyer and not with the thief...

I just say that, because for 17.5 usd per piece you can expect only a display, but not a phone...

Theres nothing wrong with the buyer, the buyer was ligit.

The $300 was an initial payment to Mercier who said he would send out the phones.

Once they arrived here in OZ i was to send a further $1100 but between that he requested a further $480 for shipping which initially he stated he would pay for.

It was trust on both sides, i kept to mine, he did not.

Youre on the wrong side of the fence pal, sounds like you are "Mercier"

For me not a question of trust, i would never do myself a deal like that, and if would be such an interesting offer, i would ask a friend in that country to do the deal for me and to inspect the goods.

you should not buy phones from anonymous people unless you met face to face.

1400 usd still seems unbelievable for 12 pcs 7250i

one cost 250 - 300 usd on my Country so the cheapest price will not be under 3 000 usd.

and about $480
very funny. a professional business man should have agreement with DHL or TNT or FedEx and 12 phone will be apx 2 - 4 KG.
shipment cost for 2 - 4 KG will never exceed 100 usd
(normally it cost about 60 - 80 usd to many country).

but according to my opinion it is still your mistake to finalize this deal.

We hope Western Union Agent got a Copy of your cheater's ID so police can access his real details.

at this time you may only pray London police can do something

and of course, should think twice and be more carefully next time.
