Australian Cheater Alert - Help Needed

n i been dealing with him through MSN [email protected]

so off line the ebay, i been buying from him in bulk of phones. Z1010, LG 8120, C975,etc. Each deal gets biggers.

Suddenly one day... he messaged me on my phone, claimed that there's phones at extraordinary price for clearance. But the catch is minimum order of A$ 10000.

I trusted him based on few information.
he's actually a singaporean, but is now a aussie PR.
He do know some suppliers in Singapore.
he knows abit about unlocking,flashing,etc. This makes me think he is really in this field.
He faxed me his company's license.
He has a fedex account, like a company.
He said he knows all the big bosses in Aust, so getting cheap phones in priority maybe nothing spectacular.

so i sent him this $10k plus 780 for courier fees for the phones.

After waiting for a month long, twisting words and stories, saying he must go Victoria from his location western australia, to get the goods. First said need to take the phones by truck back which will take a week, then said needs to be shipped and wait for custom clearance. Anyway alot of vague information to confuse and drag my time.

Until last Saturday, his hp was off till now. I tried calling his other lines, it don't work either.
he is suppose to send me 2 batches of phones, now nothing with no response.

Calling fore everyone from all over the world.
i received a call from his "brother" saying he is in hospital, which i still find fishy.
Cause his parents are in China on a vacation while he is in "critical state" n will only come back next week.

I know this man have received payments from many all over the world. India, Taiwan, Malaysia, Euro, Aust,etc. Stretching over a million dollars world of goods, i call fore those who paid to come forward to work out the best solution to tackle if it's really a fraud case.

btw his "brother" don't even know where is his hosp, ward, bed number. Just know he is in hosp at critical state. At the moment, instead of flying over have a look. They are carrying on their life. Working, vacation,etc.

He is still selling stuff at ebay therefore i doubt he is still in hospital . Since singapore and perth is so close , why not fly there to check it out.

if he is really in hosp. i'm really sorry, and i'll apologies.
if he's a genuine fraudster, then this must be a mega scam involving millions. Not only will i be reporting to the authorities, i will call the various media. To bring in the pressure to solve this crime completely

Well if you havent got your goods & hes got your money i would say hes a genuine fraudster what are yoiu wiating for? him to spend all your money before you contact the authorities jesus h no wonder hes ripped you off.

When it finally dawns on you that you have been ripped off call the authorities until then live happily in your obvious dream world.

creating a eBay account is free , so why do he need to loan somebody account to sell his stuff . There are too many crap excusses going on.
