You cannot unlock any new HTC models on both HXC and XTC now. You need to buy LGtool ( activation from SEtool ) to unlock new model for FREE ( once a day for HTC ) check their site and you can see the credit base. It is worth it for every single coin you paid for it ( for my opinion )
