why do we need to buy credit to unlock some phone models using the polar box 2? we already pay alot for the box.

Just get the furious dongle with the packs 3 4 and 6 and you will be fine.
Afterward, if you need a biggest range of alcatel or you have many alcatel with the new security, you can add the pack 8.
Alcatel and BB can be unlocked without connecting the mobile and don't need internet connection.
