Cannot post in Magico diag tool section - GSM-Forum

I am user of magico diag tool and wanted to post thread in that section but admin I think made it very limited to post there, not much of questions asked, not much of updates as other tools similar to them are giving updates fast, I would like to ask the admin of Magico diag tool to activate my user permision to post, when ever I try to post I get this

Sorry I am posting here but I still cannot post in magico diag tool section dont know why its disabled posting there any way the latest update feedback 3.0 , I am trying an ipad mini 3 and I get this error
CPID:8960 CPRV:11 CPFM:03 SCEP:01 BDID:32 ECID:0000020EF739FE34 IBFL:1C SRTG:[iBoot-1704.10]
ERROR: not supported!!!

can any one from their section tell me what is wrong.
