firstly he needed a refund of his credits we said yes we will do it, but before that he opens claims on paypal, we told him we have a refund procedure we send you a form please fill that and send it back we will refund you in full whatever is in your account. he disagrees and opened claims for more than what he must be refunded when we ask him to send back the money he stops to reply.

i do not want to waste much time on this person but just for the other people to know
