CHEATERS & THIEVES from the PHILIPPINES

@All members, Resellers and suppliers worldwide beware, especilally in the philippines.

Here are list of cheaters from the Phillippines, their mode of cheating is they will order, ask credit/ terms, then after giving them looooong terms which is 90 to 120 days(3 to 4 months) that time youll know that the issued check was "closed "account checks"and not convertible to cash anymore.They made money by using the tools then then they dont pay goods ordered.Very clever.

At first months ive been trying to contact these cheaters thru Calls & SMS but refused to reply and answer now its more than a year.This is small money only, but cheating by 1$ is the same as cheating by 10,000$, Ive learned my lesson and hope this will serve as warning to everyone also, most espescially resellers from the Phillipines.Hope this wont happen to anyone.Im just giving everyone a precaution, not worried anymore since this"evidences" are in the hands of my lawyer now.SO I guess ill see them when i see them....smiley.

I still have MORE "closed "account" checks from other customers (you know who you are) but I choose not to post their check and names here because most of them are cooperative and paying even in small amout , unlike these Cheaters who simply ignored everything and lived their life as if they cheaed no one, thats why they all have the right to be called THIEVES.I am not anymore after the money all I just want is to teach this THIEVES a lesson and to warn everyone not to be CHEATED by this THIEVES. These cheaters are making money out of stolen tools,and those money are feeding their families, I pity those families.

PS: Estafa now is not civil case anymore, its criminal case already.

I guess this happens because these people are former friends/partners and now broke up because of business competitions.

Its like a former customer of resellerA was been supplied by resellerB. And this customer forget his obligations to resellerA maybe because he can get what he wants at resellerB.

Correct me if I am wrong.

Wrong REN, its not about competition and we never became partners, I dont care how many resellers these 2 cheaters has i dont care if they get to RESELLER's A,B,C--Z, as long as they PAY their OBLIGATION thats important.I dont care if these cheaters dont get goods from me as long as they pay their dues , even to other suppliers, In short,Pay your debt, The problem is he pays to other and issued BOUNCING checks to me. I hope you got it. And I know were you work so I know in time youll understand what im saying, say Hi to Naresh bro... Your boss knows me ive been dealng with him since 2003 and many times I worked and meet him in HK office long before youve been there in the market. Let me know if you are online in ICQ ill be glad to send pics of the happy times in HK in Narrys office.

Im here to warn others and to teach this thieves a lesson as what others has understood especially Abusememore(yes bro, i can show the "HARD COPIES" of the posted scanned pictures if anyone is in doubt, anytime). So easy to accuse anyone of anything but their only fault is they issued check to me as evidences and I kept the LBC receipts, all of it.

Lets all smile and spread the warning to everyone, the rest ill keep everyone posted.
