do not deal with gsmonlinecode.com big cheater

I made an order for bootloader v2.0 activation on this server gsmonlinecode.com as I had money left on this server and wanted to use it on the 29th of august and according to the server it should have taken 1-10hrs but even aftre 3 days did not received the activation.So i contacted him on skype and he said that he cannot see any order pending on my username.So i gave him my teamviewer id and password and he saw it personally the pending order.So he told me that he will have to contact his developer and he will sought it out.After that everyday he used to say today he will complete the order and 1-2hrs and bla bla and now he has just stopped responding.
