3 weeks ago I send money to Johhny from WWW.GDGSM.COM, at this period of time, he dont send spares! An another China companys in this time I recive spares 2-3x. Send money back Johnny!!!!!!!!!!!! I dont need Your spares!!!!!!!

2 week agao, my bank called me (HSBC, my private account) there was a payment from you. they told me the payment was from company account, they can not put money into my account(China bank system). i told them its ok. return money to your account. (i told you about it 2 week ago already)

I dont know specifiks China banck systems, I worked with companys from China many years and first time have thus problems!!! If You sell private write this!!! Dont writed:"Hongkong yi jia company LTD, shenzhen office" "LTD" is company!!! I representive company of our country, I dont buying for personal commerce, I buying for company, and money I send from company account, as this spares need our company!!! If You dont take out money for account , please send back (our banck detals You know), and I make private order!!!

Uk197, made this complain on the forum since 12th of July,2004. That is almost 6 months now. This kind of complain is not good for business growth.

So Johnny do act fast. You have good products on your site.

I checked my comany bank account today again. (Hongkong yi jia company LTD, shenzhen office LTD). No money received from you since last month.

And i called my hsbc account also. Notice: they told me they got transfer from you, but cos its from YOUR COMPANY ACCOUNT, so they returned to your bank automatically 3 weeks ago.
contact hsbc bank with the following info:(tell them what happened to you, they will tell you. man.)

don't check every day. just check your transfer from 20th of November to 10 th of December.(CHECK THIS PERIOD YOUR BANK RECORD)

You shold know: personal account in China can not get payment from company account.

like this trouble things maybe happens everyday,
so check the bank operation of each country before your transaction.

But you can see that the date was posted there for all to see. My only concern was for you to sort out yourself out of this mess. A lot of people want to do business with you.

I think this is a simple problem that needs to be solved privately and not this way, Ive been dealing with this guy from quite sometime and even met him personally in China couple of times , Very good and honest guy above all very professional and straight. Just try to settle this privately to avoid untoward comments from " not related " parties.

You guys wont beleive this but true , he sent my package without even confirmation of money transfer ( worth $ X,xxx ) and now i still owe him couple of hundred bucks in USD and not posting me as CHEATER , I only promised to pay him next order and next money transfer , still no worries from him.

Yes hes always online in MSN , and a lot of secretaries (beautiful) to attend to your queries just in case.

Best thing to do is instruct your bank to make changes with your transfer and give them another company account, this way they will charge you another transfer fee but if you wait to get the money back in your bank account you will lose big money, they will charge you funny administrative fees and they will change the money back into your local currency and exchange rate is funny when this happens.

Johnny is right when he told you that he could not collect the money because in Chinese system only company bank accounts can recieve with company account transfers and your money has left China, the bank won`t give him more details than that and the delay is normal, period.

Johnny did not cheat you if this is your case with him, I know him personaly as a good man.

If your problem continues I can help you get the money back but this is not Johnny`s fault.

i can really understand your plight now from Miliky point of view. Anyway, i will advise you to sort out this issue privately with UK197.
