Till now, i haven't received any money from you both my company account and HSBC account.
2 week agao, my bank called me (HSBC, my private account) there was a payment from you. they told me the payment was from company account, they can not put money into my account(China bank system). i told them its ok. return money to your account. (i told you about it 2 week ago already)

I dont know specifiks China banck systems, I worked with companys from China many years and first time have thus problems!!! If You sell private write this!!! Dont writed:"Hongkong yi jia company LTD, shenzhen office" "LTD" is company!!! I representive company of our country, I dont buying for personal commerce, I buying for company, and money I send from company account, as this spares need our company!!! If You dont take out money for account , please send back (our banck detals You know), and I make private order!!!

i advise that Johnny do something fast to clear this mess.

Uk197, made this complain on the forum since 12th of July,2004. That is almost 6 months now. This kind of complain is not good for business growth.

So Johnny do act fast. You have good products on your site.

And i called my hsbc account also. Notice: they told me they got transfer from you, but cos its from YOUR COMPANY ACCOUNT, so they returned to your bank automatically 3 weeks ago.
contact hsbc bank with the following info

tell them what happened to you, they will tell you. man.)

don't check every day. just check your transfer from 20th of November to 10 th of December.(CHECK THIS PERIOD YOUR BANK RECORD)

You shold know: personal account in China can not get payment from company account.
