Essojay Nec Dongle Cheater Or Not?

ESSOJAY NEC DONGLE CHEATER OR NOT?

On the 26/11/2004 i sent essojay icq:172132106 money 400+"50"=450 pounds for the NEC dongle that i had purchased from him.
including DHL charges today its the 19/12/2004 and has not sent any dongle.Thats exactly 23 days (three weeks)
i have given him money 450 pounds but have not benefited anything at all.

if i where you how would you feel?
Put yourself in my ***** and let me know what action to take.

Also i trusted essojay as a "moderator" of this forum and now this!!
Then whom do we trust here.He has my money and now tells me he has no dongles!

Is Essojay TRUSTABLE or CHEATER or is beginning to have BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES? as mentioned here:

This is very confusing situation.Just putting myself in your situation,i feel very very bad.Very bad after considering how hard it is to collect 450 pounds, the transfer processes,the change troubles here,and much more hard situations that you and myself know better.
First thing, it s hard for me to name Essojay a Cheater.But I dont give him my full credibility.
One more thing is,the short way he replied in your chat.I can easily say He did (does) not have any DONGLE on time of chatting or when you were corresponding.Probably he wanted enough money so he can go and buy also somewhere cheaper.In this Dongle situation, I can understand that there are more other people who are in you situation with Him.
Even 7 days is too much.We must talk about profit return here.I mean INTEREST.

I kindly advice you to Contact once again and if possible, PLEASE ESSOJAY, CLEAN YOURSELF HERE.

Anyway, I m selling my SPEAR DONGLE.I know it s not a selling section.No correction.

Did you know he did not have the dongles in stock when you ordered?


Even so, I think you will download a free NEC unlocker before you get your dongle off him, which will be worthless now that all new NEC need to be downgraded beforwe unlocking!!

Not good act from a moderator in my opinion!!

Unfortunately you wrote all this when your order is on the way, i tried all within my power to get everything across to you.. and you are now even getting more than you paid for. and NOW you wrote all this....you forgot how long it took you to pay me for the sagem software no matter how small the amount involved. DID I EVER NEVER BOTHER YOU ABOUT THIS OR WROTE THIS KIND OF REJOINDER ABOUT YOU????????? I did told you that the dongle protected sofware is not ready and as soon as i have it ready i ll send it to you and that you can use the software protected solution pending when the dongles ll be ready... the same software is sold for 500uk pounds as at that time. I became a cheater because the cable is not forthcoming and you couldnt modify the cable yourself.. i got spear dongle and i did not recieve any cable with it....because i wasnt online to explain to you to allow for s little time for me to send you the full dongled solution, i became a cheater?????? ,

In as much as i dont like to praise myself, i dont think i have cheated anyone on this forum...i have not visited the forum in about 3 days ...because i had bad internet and have been trying to sort things out..

Well.. you read the part written here.. and its understandable your judgement.. and thanks for the fact that its hard for you to see me as a cheater. of course am not and will never be! because i hate to be cheated too! but he knows more than he wrote here...

Hi all!

Essojay is a very good friend of me. I can state, that he is really 100% honest and trustable.
He explained me the situation, and i think, the problem was bad communication:
- Datalife got a software that can do the promised thing, but he had no cable (normal modified NEC cable).
- So, he kould not use the software and asked essojay for a cable...
- Essojay wanted to send him a cable, but he did more: He wanted to send him Software + Dongle + Cable. But he had to wait some days.
- Today he got all this and sent it to datalife

I think, its not the fault of essojay that datalife had no cable for use with the software(but i do not know exactly what was the deal)
Now essojay gave very nice support by sending a newer version of the Program + Dongle + the missing cable

Datalife, I hope the situation is solved now and you can start work with NEC software

Essojay says as above that he had communication problems since his internet could not log on.He managed to contact me on my mobile cellphone and we cleared everything. He has since sent the parcel and am awaiting delivery since he has given me the tracking number.

We have been dealing well since last until this problem, i guess this stresses the importance of communication. There was not enough communication or there was communbication breakdown between the two of us.I guess all is clear from now on, otherwise he has been a goodfriend and has taken a step to show that he still is both a trustable goodfriend and good moderator.
