Have I been ripped off?

Hi, I hope that someone can give me some advice with this - I purchased an Orange UK unlock from ifactoryunlock.com over 3 weeks ago on 7th April. I mailed them and put a support ticket in, neither receiving a response, over a week ago.

The paypal recipient details are
Name:'Darin Brownlee' (The recipient of this payment is Verified)
Email: orders @theunlockgroup.com
Payment Sent to: orders @ifactoryunlock.com

I note that a 'Darin Michaels' lists himself on linkedin as being co-founder of ifactoryunlock.com.

So there is presumably one guy, going by two different surnames, who has got my money and isn't interested in letting me know when (if ever) he will provide me with anything for it.

Has anyone on here heard of this company or 'Darin', and if so is he running a genuine business or is he just another fraudster - I notice that he has and attempt in his T&C along the lines of "I agree not to get any chargeback through paypal and if I do my phone will be blacklisted " or some similar garbage. Is that even possible?

As I say, any advice really would be appreciated. Thankyou!

Do a Paypal dispute to get your money back. There is no working service to unlock this network currently. Whatever they tell you about blacklisting the phone and such bull**** and threaten so you close the dispute, well don't. Otherwise you will never get your money back.

Thanks all, I will request a chargeback from Paypal. Interesting that they appear to be linked to Massunlock. Whoever is behind this is presumably having a great time with other peoples money.
