Hello , i Paid money no services in return - GSM-Forum

Hello i paid money to admin of ipmart.com.br Samuel Weslley Gonçalves for unlocking IPHONE, after a very long time, he said he can not unlock it.
For now he hesitates to give money for the service. Money sent via paypal.
He deceived me and all the time he says he has a problem with the paypal account to give money back to the person they belong the amount of the money 550,00 BRL, i have all transaction No. and all chat conversation on facebook, is there someone who can help with this person ?

P.s. if need i can share all our chat conversations and paypal details i made.

Just follow the "market feed back" rules as posted by Leo and hopefully they can look into your claim.
