i buy ufs2 tornado with ser no 4xxx and i wait 3 months for update my resseler can't do nothing becouse problem is at saras mobileland thank you what can i do and how much i can wait for upgrade, my box is legal time is money i buy that box and pay 350 eu today that box worth nothing without upgrade. Your problem will be solved. Remember, this is NOT related to Saras, but your reseller suplier.

Normal time for req/fbi process is 24 hours, sometime, it can take up to 4 days MAXIMUM. If file is sent to Saras.
Here you need to understand, your reseller boght his boxes from someone who's in UFS-2.com team. They didn't sent those files to right place, and that's the problem.

In order to maintain good name of this product, i will try to help you (Ivan called me today) and i hope your problem will be solved in next 48 hours. No need to panic.

dear legija - i m having same problem. I ve sent you my req file & emailed to you also. Can u plz expedite the process bcoz now box gives me error strange errors even on earlier working versions of DCTx.
