I am disappointed with the IPMART.


Hi to all.

Im very desappointed with the service shipping of IPMART.

After 4 years buying with this shop, never had problems, always package shipped in the correct time.

Now I buy for my customer 1 pc of DVD Car . I promised for my customer: package in Brazil in 7 or 8 work days, as usual.

4 work days after confirm payment, IPMART not ship the package to me.

After explained the occurrence to my customer, he called me to liar, therefore it was well clearly that he had haste in receiving the product.

If this politics of the IPMART continue and my package will not be sent asap, will go to review the purchase in the Paypal and I will never come back to buy nothing in its shop.

IPMART is very trustable, is not placing this fact in suspicion, however the service is leaving to desire.

Customers never understand, as well as are charging of you are charged the all moment here. I always bought with you therefore could always keep my word, however if now he will not be more possible to keep my word, then I will look another supplier to take care of my necessities.

I need urgently solution for my case.

Did you know about the volcano **** that has stopped air traffic several days?

Maybe this is the problem.

my friend, IPMART is not a cheating company, just ask them about your shipment and they will help u out. i have been dealing with them for since 2004. so please make a ticket and ask them they will surely help u out

I make support ticket, dont solve the problem

Im not sad IPMART is cheater, but if they dont have product in stock, Company need inform us.

Package shipped 10 minutes after my post in Gsm Forum. Very strange!

Today was the reopening of the *******s. I have had a main production machine offline since last friday, and spare part to fix it was on ******* waiting for air transit to be restored until today.
