i need help from ipmart . they dont reply - GSM-Forum

guys i bought octopus box and mxkey from ipmart and more than 5 days i did local bank transfer .but when i check my account on ipmart site its shows not received payment and when i post in ipmart section they delete my post. i dont know where to post it. even i tried ipmart forum didn get exect section to post. and they have no email address that i email them. i paid 290$ .

Contact them through their support ticket system. Posting on forums is the slow method, their staff will not look out for posts on forums everyday.
