LOL cheater. Pending for 10 days. The customer has cancel service from you for many days you keep on saying wait. if it was not cancel why was the paypal claim for refund.

You just have to refund that money I also Just contact Paypal with the calim reference.

You can have one complain that is understandable. you take money from people trying your luck if it can be unlcok fro free @ AT&T call centre right. LOL that time is over.
