Sarasoft not answered my problem on updating HWK...5 days of trying to update but always fail...

what happened?i'm only format my PC and after that it cannot update.see this image below..

You got 5 logs I think, each log is tied to your pc, if you format or chance pc you lose a log. That's how i see it, but could be wrong?

you have posted hwk hid id, and those hwk hid will be blocked read in posting rules.

brother im not panic...my only concern is i have 2 clients encountered with this kind of problem...so i'm making a move on how to fix this..

I M sorry to say " You deserve It " why you r not read the section rules ?

In HWK section , it is clearely mention dont post the HID no , you post screen shot with HID so .

About not upgrading , May B HID is copy by other so block from server

only solution if new box - contact reseller , if non warranty - wait 48 hours then try , if not upgrade ? go 4 new

Your hide you UFS s/n # but you didn't hide HWK ID worst baby BLOCKED !!

hwk id must be erase before posting
some idiot can copy your hwk id and maybe this is the end of your hwk

or wait 48 hours update again
