Problem with Mr. Rayhan from codesunlocker dot com [Solved]

Hello, I´m codesunlocker customer, same id in server like at gsmhosting.
I has ordered an sl3 bf service (30 hours) last saturday 23, now has a week and my order still on process. I has in touch with Mr. Rayhan, Product Manager of codesunlocker web from 3 days, but he is not helpful. He promise once and other time code will be ready in hours, but the same 3 days....
Codesunlokers service have more problem like mine. Just search on the thread on forum and you will see. I have a copy of my conversations with Mr. Rayhan, he sometimes looks helpfull but really he only wnat to gain more time.... I guess he should improve their web services and sources...

i m already told you our sl3 server WAS problem service delay, you told me you want cancel your order then you want submit again our new service but i told you no need cancel i will process your file new service.
And i am already send you your code i think solve your problem

some time some service delay any reason we are really sorry for your problem

Bro....Rayhan already answered you right....it would have been solved long time back if u cancelled and placed in the new service.

Brother... Rayhan is the best administrators I have ever worked with him.

And their server is no problem.
