Really Disappointed with the GTI!! - GSM-Forum

I ordered for my box last week, the box was shipped on the 11th of Aug. offcource after i paid 900euro, and the surprise was that, before i recieved my box, the price dropped more than 50%!!! I got my package today, and it's really not fair that i didn't use the box yet and the price already gone lower this much...IT'S REALLY A BAD START WITH GTI TEAM...

I guess there should be something to make it up for me, and the customers like me...

Conatct your reseller, i'm sure he will give u another GTI for free

or compensate

the below has already been posted by gti team, read carefully and you might understand.

As some of you may be aware due to market conditions and customer feedback their have been some changes in the marketing of GTi.

GTi is now available as follows:-

1)For use with Nokia including BB5 flash support
2) SE update including all SE softwares including Sharp, SIe C62 & LG 3G also.
3) All options available with & without cables.
4) No logs for GT server are included in these packages but are available at extra cost.
5) All FUTURE major updates will be PAID.

Please contact your dealers for latest prices.

All current owners of GTi have been filed in a seperate database and will have their next major UPDATE FREE.

and do u have any idea why the server is showing this while trying to update the box or generating a PAD file:
Server Error: e/400/command execution error

but what about others who bought1 month back,, and waiting for even 1 f@@king good update,, and what update they have is price reduced by more than 50%

really sick man,, really,, not a single good update they have made ,, and still they lower the price

i am really sick of Griffin team now

Hope so i just got it myself .But i waited for fall in price that happens with any product .

You are lucky friend, these days sometimes they become free before you get your shipment, very fast business.. Kiss your box and count your blessing and work your money back.

indeed, as miliky said, as soon as some box is released it is already cracked.

GTI lives still only because Andrei has respect, and out of respect no crack has been made.

otherwise it would be hacked looong time ago

me too i have bought it xxxxxxx and the price it shout down more than 50 %

like as u said is bad action from griffin team
and bad support too

The support seems to be ok so far, NADS seems to be concerned, and he is following up with me on the e-mail... hope i'll reach to a happy end

maybe gti comes good soft in future,, but that good soft will work on this new fu,cking cheap box also,, so why shi,t i paid a heave amount of 1300usd
