Sagemdd team cheaters and need only money - GSM-Forum

i have got before ( 4 years ago ) a problem with a sagemdd box that c,ant connect to server and was warenty and they never changed or fixed this problem ( so i losed a box )
but today it,s the big cheat that i got
i sell some times sagemdd logs buyed from official resseller of team and sell them to other custumer
yesterday i payed for 25 credit for a custumer sn : 32013913 ( ho have a shop near me ) and waiting acount to be credited to get my money from custumer ,after 24 hours account is same with 0 credit so i contact my resseller and he tell me that sagemdd team have problem with this box sn and they have -50 credit and they taked my 25 credit and now it,s -25 credit ???????????
and they tell me this:

But there is another problem.
Two resellers ( equinox and christophe) not paid 50 credits ordered 1 year.
so, his ballance on server is -25 credits.

so they taked my money to pay for money that they need from old ressellers
if need i will post all information and historique of msn and all names
so they are CHEARTERS or NOT ??????? they tell me to get money from custumer and tell him to fix his problem with old resseller( but he payed for old credit , I am not a cheaters to do this and will never do it , they think only money and forget custumer support
bad realy very bad team , last times i will buy from them someting and for all other users never thrust this team

i prefer to lose money and not lose my custumer for xxking euro

sagDD team 100% NOT cheater! Contact them directly and I'm sure you will find solution.

my resseler contacted them and they tell me to take money from custumer and tell him to fix his problem with christophe and equinox

SagDD is 1000% (1000Logs bought from them) Trustable and Honest Team for Sure ! Respect him as it should and solve problem directly with them not in Public, like he say as they told you

i think we should look carefully the main issue.. as i can see there is no communication problem... its the policy, which is creating the problem.. 1 thing should be clear that peoples should clear problem with the next person which he is involved with.. why should someone solve an old problem which he have nothing to do with..

im not telling sagdd team is cheater... they are very old and no doubt they are trustable.. but the way to solve old problem with resellers seems a bit strange... never seen from any other team...

im one of resellers of SagDD team and i dont have any problem never with this team,

100% are trust Team.

I think the error came from first reseller if understand well (Not payed SagDD)...
