i have send him money for 50pcs Se-figther and havent send me the se-figther sw yet and i am not sure yet is he cheater or not and its about 3 week already nothing send to me and have no reply my email and no answer the phone and now reply my icq msg
spheregsm if u have show this msg pls call me and reply me or i have to post you as cheater and mess email to all over world and list your big name on my website

Personally I would not recommend them to you
as their trade policy is not based on ethical values.
if someone get your money and ignore your emails and messages,
I will say this attitude is not good for a trustable trader
and it is a rude behaviour aganist a customer.

Software updates are provided by "Lead"

the way that they behave their customers.

so please think twice before writing a post and do not say
- good support
- great support .etc

@Stallon1, they are not cheaters and won`t risk their reputation for only 50 units of SEF, we have done more than that figure with them without any problem.

@Aliwali, you have nothing to worry about with them unless you are starting your usual circus show again.

Maybe you are right that their ethical values does not match your expectations as per quick e-mail reply and phone response but that does not make them a cheater. I honestly believe Stallon1 will get his order and will understand that sometimes delays happen when dealing with these big suppliers.

i would say it is funy
i am sure they got money through Western Union.
and they responded email when customer ask for transfer details.
So if there is no stock or if there will be a delay they should inform customer
it may take up to 3 weeks or more before customer transfering money
because some people may require it urgently.

No one have problem with Fighter software and its updates because
Lead Provides very good support for his software but
according to our opinion the problem is Lead has chosen wrong business partner to market his product.

Being trustable is not enough to make customers happy.
A trader should have a business ethics and base their business on these values.
because for a proud and honest trader, making money from unhappy customers will be the worst situation.

We will have faith he will deliver fighters soon but there will be an unhappy
customer who lost some sales and some earning because of delay...

This is not fair for a customer who invest for 50 pcs (I mean for Stallon1).

Yes we should use another words to refer a supplier.

Because trustable does not mean that the trader can match our criteria.
the most important we should care if the trader can make customer satisfied or not...

otherwise anyone can deliver goods via a Carrier company.
even 13 - 15 years older boys can build a web site and send goods
via DHL/TNT/FedEx..etc
so everyone can say he is trustable.

but when a customer meet a real problem and when it is about support or
understanding a customer and their expectations,
an experienced and honest businessman will show himself...

To aliwali,
If you ask his is a cheater or not, we can't say cheater but
If you ask us whether we can recommend them to you or not ?
my personaly opinon will be
"NO I would never recommend and persoanly i would not buy from them anytime..."
