5-feb-2009 : I paid this guy usd966 or equivqlent euro750 for bb5 unlock rpl (for unlock 6500s as that time no other solution yet except by bb5 unlock rpl, i did tested with him one phone before buy more and it was done successful)

5-feb=2009 : on same day , i sent him 26 phone detail but after 1 day passed, 2 days passed, 3 days passed, still no rpl come back and he said server down but he promised server will be back soon.

untill 26/2/2009 3 weeks had passed, many follow up and many promise that his server will be ready soon but at the end he still could not deliver anything, and i had to cancel because customer could not wait and he agreed to return back money but ask to give him time by 20/3/2009

23/3/2009 : his promise did not come true, ask him again and he said ok by tomorrow, but same nothing received

1/4/2009 : contact him again, he said he was in hospital and will be out on following friday, he asked me to on msn camera to proove to me he was in hospital. I took the chance to screenshot his photo. (attached his photo)

8/4/2009 : follow up with him, he say still in hospital,

15/4/2009 : contact him again, he asked me to use his normal bb5 rpl service at his new website www.bb5service.com his previous website is www.bb5imeiunlock.com . But his bb5 rpl was very highly priced, i have my own service and i can sell a lot cheaper than his selling price, so it is not making sence to use his other services.

I insist he should return me back as what i bought is unlock bb5 rpl, if he could not deliver , he need to return me money, i should not pay for nothing or for other thing that i did not buy.

He asked me to wait untill nov 2009 only return me money, i could not agreed, and he said he had no money and would return euro400 by 300april 2009 and balance euro350 by 15-jun 2009, i could not agree either and after many talking he promised will return by 30-april-2009( attached screenshot)

4/5/2009: his promise did not come true, contact him and he promised will return money 2, 3 days later after his customer paid him by paypal (attached screenshot)

8/5/2009 : his promise did not come true, this time he said his paypal account was blocked.And his bank is 70km away and is too far for him to pay by bank. He asked me to wait as he was applying a new account and need 5-7 days more (attached screenshot)

I said another 2 days he still not pay me i will post about him in forum but he challenged me to test . when i was preparing to post him and he ask to pay but only pay euro 95, and the balance say after 7 days maximun 14 days that is on 23-may-2009

25-may-2009 : his promise as usual did not come true, and this time he say he is not Nemidogan, he say Necmidogam is now in italy.

As last converstion he scolded me i am idiot (attached screenshot), yes i must be idiot enought to listen to his excuses and promises so many times and it always ends up with new excuses without fail.

Thinking back, maybe he was trying to buy time so he can cheat more people and more money before he disappear, as such i had decided listen no more and post him here to warn other who may want to buy from him .

I am reluctant to call him cheater, but even he is not , whatever he is, he is very untrustable seller , Necmidogan cant deliver what he sell , he wont return money and his promise would never come true ....hope this post is not too late .

Hey, Necmidogam, what is this long list about?

It can only explain you did deliver some normal bb5 rpl calculation for others, but what i bought is unlock bb5 rpl, and you cant deliver it ( you only conned me to believe you can do it by getting the first one done only, after this you say server down after i pay you 750 euro)

I know you try not to refund and ask me to use your normal BB5 rpl service by giving me 750 credit in your server, but I cant use your normal bb5 rpl service because it is very highly cost as compared my own service, and as I mentioned, I should not pay for nothing or pay for something that I did not buy.

As self explanatory conversation screenshot record, you agreed to refund , then disagreed later and try to give excuse again and again to delay refund.

Also , it is very unresponsible to list all your customer detail and their ask imei number here, dont you know it will cause problem to person who calculate rpl for u as well thoose buy from you?

If u sell UNLOCK RPL then DELIVER UNLOCK RPL.

If u cannot DELIVER UNLOCK RPL, Do not try to sell your other products that your customer do not need.

Have a courtesy to refund all the money that you got from your customer.
