The team prefer Telegram as a means of communication but barely respond to messages. The Telegram handle exhibits robot-like behaviors. T-mobile App Unlock service returned as unlocked but device is still locked;

There was no way I could lodge complain to these guys so I put it up on the forum but no response. If anyone has a better way of contacting them, Please let me know. I already contacted them via telegram, email and skype but no response
