Warning ! unlock solution shops sent empty bags

Hello...
This is my first post in this forum, so forgive me if i post something in the wrong place.

1,5 month ago i ordered a few unlock solutions by the following webshops:

They are both settled in Lithuania. (a long way from my country Holland)
I ordered a few things, and after about 3 weeks a received the tracking number of TNT. (i payed more for shipment with DHL, but okay)
But when i looked inside the package which they sent me, only a cable from 10,- USD was inside. Not the expansive cables and software where i payed for.

So, i called to the phone number which was placed on this website, but the person on the phone didn't speak english, and said that it was the wrong number

So i sent an email.
After 6 days there came an answer. They said they know about half the order i had received, and after 4 days i should receive the rest of the order, the software.

After almost 1,5 month after the first payment i was getting my second tracking number. This time really with DHL.
But what did i see again. I opened the package and saw a cd-rom.
I put it in my cd-rom player and there was nothing on it
Only ZIPPED files with passwords. And they hadn't given the password to me

Also there was not the right software on the cd. Not for the phones i payed for.

So i email'd again. They said their computer expert which should have the Zipped passwords had one week holiday.
After that mail i never receiver anything more from them.

So i have payed a lot of money to somebody with the name Mactynas Urbelionis. He lives in the place: Vilnius in Lithuania.

When somebody know this person, or can bring me in contact with him, he can get a nice present from me.

I also want to know if there are people who have bought something from them, and really gets where they have payed for.

It was the first time i ordered something for unlock solutions. I didn't knew the real prices

But now i know

So i hope there are people who know this men.
I want to meet him for a nice conversation
