I GOT 1 PHON DED AT LAST NIGHT WITH ORT I CONTINU TRYTO CONTECT MR. OZ BU HE DIDENT REPLAY AND I ALSO SENT HIM A MAIL BUT NO ANSWER FROM HIM SO I MAKE LAST NIGHT 1 THRED ON HIS OFFICAL FORAM ALLAYS FACING PROBLEM WITH HUAWEI PHONES « ORT Support Forum
BUT NO REPLAY THERE ALSO SO WHY THEY SELL PRODUCT IF THEY DONT WANTTO GIVE US SUPPORT I TRY TO POST SOME PROBLEM BEFORE THAT 1 IN GPG ORT SECTION BUT DIDENT GET FAST OR SEFICENT REPLY ALLAYS

he never answer me a single word see the chat history on sonork its a big shame for a product supporter if he didn't reply in 15 hours he allways make his profile show to offline as before

You won't as electroboys have their own support forum: why bring the issue here?
As well everybody knows the jtag are not a tool easy to use and for everybody: better post a question in the ort forum where other users are more in and willing to help then wasting time here or on sonork
