They simply DON'T REPLACE defective stuff.This could not be a problem for a $2 flex cable,but after receiving three Iphone complete lcds(140 usd each),and found one not working(lower part touch defective),they simply refused to replace it(the excuse is that they test them before shipping).So,they are cheaters!Buyers beware!

Before Dealing Always Ask Conditions Of Replace They Give Or Not

Also Shippment Makes Problem Some Times

Dont Post Cheater Word Without Making Something Confirm

For me it looks like cheater website..... buyed in some cheap cd.... saying "how to cheat european morons" with instructions etc etc ...... guys... u must pay attencion... and see feedback company i was cheated also etc etc ... unfortunatly this gsm field is full of morons, pseudo hackers and defs .....

this is the story..I ordered 3 iphone lcds and some other stuff.Package in good conditions,no visual damages.One week after receiving it,I installed the last iphone lcd.Not working the touch in the bottom part..so I contacted nicole from gsmgz.She said that the lcds where tested before shipping,and they won't replace it.It is worth 135 us$.Of course I offered to ship it back paying shipping fees myself,so they could check it and ship back repaired/replaced with the next order(other 9 iphone lcds ALREADY BOOKED),but the result is only that she simply blocked me in msn.I already made order with a lot of sellers,some chinese too,but this is the first time I had my cash stolen in this way

Well you need to be carefull with chinesse suppliers i've been dealing for years with them and many at the begginig of a business relationship are very nice and then turn into ridiculously stupid after you need to return goods, they all say the same B.S. always which pissed me off! all the time ***WE TESTED THEM BEFORE WE SHIPPED THE ITEMS*** and blah blah blah bro.... all is B.S.
the truth is that you may need to be prepare for the obvious when dealing with this people MAKE SURE you have an extra 10% of whatever you buy for non returnable items trust me they are all like that, why i'm confirming this is simple i have dealt with more than 500 suppliers in my 12 years importing from China trust me is not only in the GSM busines is in everything they export so be aware and be ready for the obvious.
