Yes this is importent post i see maney tin huwai cdma [blinking possition] phone but no any solution
i heart that u will read good flash file any working hendset and write blinking phone your phone is ok but i cant read flash file so plz any instrection how to read flash file with cdma phone

u need for that 1 hardware & 1 software called wileams eprogramer

then u need to pull out eprom ic of that set & attache in that hardware

& then u read all firmwire in that ic & also u programed that

many time for zte c serise sets this prosees used

eprom or eeprom in mobiles have not much memory for storing full firmware and no eprom is used now days . It is built in rom eprom has finished with samsung 191
