3310 Emergency Number Removal? - GSM-Forum

Anyone know how to remove the emergency number that can be dialled when the keypad is locked on a 3310?

why you want to remove it sir...its there for a reason. even if locked.
in my opinion ..you must be an expert in hex codes to do that...edit flashfile

im just curious....can u state why you want it removed?

Because when the phone is on my belt, it often dials 999 and I get into trouble for wasting police time
