Angry 3310 short-circuited with keys - hot and dead

Recently I put my fully-charged N3310 into a bag, after 3-5 min the discharged notification sound appeared. It looked like keys short circuited the bottom area of phone. Phone was hot and after few minutes it went totally out with no opportunity to switch on.
Connecting it to charger didn't bring any results (the screen stayed off). But then I put the other battery and I could turn it on, it works fine (I didn't call, but phone found the network and logged in) but it was getting warmer and warmer and the battery charged bar decrease. So I turn it off. My battery seems to be ok, as it started charging in another phone.
Any idea what's wrong? Does the power amp failed?
Help!

What IC should I check? I'm keen on electronics, but never repaired cell phone. I've got N3310 service manual.
