3310 weird problem

3310 weird problem

If I put a card inside and try to make a call phone powers off. Strange, if I call to 112 phone stays on, but with any other number phone powers off. Ok, this happens if phone has inside older versions like 4.18, 4.23, 4.45, etc. If I upgrade, phone powers on but signal lines does not appear, though in netmon is -70dB so it's good. When I try to call someone, phone freezes ! The only thing I tried it was some hot air over CCONT, COBBA and HAGAR. Any of you know what it could be ??? P.S. I've already tried to change eeprom contens, same situation as above.
