3330 insert card ....... then .....contact service - GSM-Forum

Hi guys,

i got this phone 3330 v 4.16 in insert card ...flash ...contact service, so i saved back up full 2xxxxx - 6xxxxx. i tried to upload another version file it went dead . so now i have uploaded the original backup with the right flashid n everything selected right .... but the phone is DEAD now i tried again but it still doesn;t come on ....... i m in deep trouble coz customer going to screw me.

can any of u guys help pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee??????

Damn!!!! Man! I think you killed your phone!!! Send me your backup...I'll look at it. After that I'll send you 100% working PPM+MCU(if you don't have this yet) I think your phone'll tell you contact service then....This is mean that your backup was bad and now eeprom contents are broken <img src="confused.gif" border="0"> In this case CONTACT OFICIAL NOKIA SERVICE!!! <img src="eek.gif" border="0">

Seems it's "double blinking contact service", maybe using full flash (1 Mb size, be careful) range 200000-300000 can help.

i think your backup is corrupted...because in 3330 you need two different f_loaders....one for read,other for write... i think you killed the phone...go to nokia center.........

well u will have to get a full flash reapir file and uploaded on to the phone, in this way the phone will come back on,

Hi!

I´ve the same Problem! I´ve a 3310 V5.03. And I flashed the Phone. Unlocked not the Phone. So I flashed back the Full Backup from 002 - 004.

Noe If I turn on the phone, first it say´s inside Simcard, then "Contact Service"

I self checked it with nfree but I found nothing. And DCT3 Flasher by rolis say´s also, everything is allright with the Backup!

Can I send anyone the Backup to Check it? Please!

For 4Shakal -> you have to flash again (MCU + PPM). Try to use another flash (different version ect..) - in this case you will not have a network (is not recalculate FAID), but will see how work your phone - if you not get contact service or reboots - try to find another backup (from same like your version and PPM) and flash again.

But I´ve no Idea where I can get these things you said. A other version of a flasher have i tested. And a other Backup, how do I get it? And i´m not a specalist in these things, but I wrote many Post´s about that when they flashed a other Backup ,they killed the Phone! Or what shoud I do that not happend that!
